Well, I’ve been a photographer in some way ever since I was a kid. Some of my fondest memories are playing with my father’s old 35mm Pentax SLR. When high school came around, I decided to move in the direction of film and took 4 years of it. I continued this route through to college where I went to a fairly prominent film school in Philadelphia, PA. I decided that, apart from learning the business side of film and photography there isn’t too much that a college can teach you that you can’t learn else where or through trial and error. A lot of trial and error later, I find myself living (stationed actually, after I dropped out I joined the Army as an EOD technician) in Grafenwoehr, Germany. I’ve been here since 2007 and am constantly finding new things to make photos of.
